To be eligible for a full refund of the Six Steps program, you…

1. Must be enrolled in the program for a minimum of one week (from the date of purchase) before you submit your request for a refund

2. Must attend all scheduled mentorships calls or watch the replay of the call if you cannot attend the call that week

3. Must have completed the free pre-program consultation with Jonathan

4. Must have completed the one-to-one opening mentorship call with Jonathan at the start of the program

5. Must have completed the one-to-one closing mentorship and recap call with Jonathan at the end of the program

6. Must complete all assignments as assigned by Jonathan that accompany the Six Steps program

If you have not submitted your request within 7-days of completing the program, your request (either fully or partially) may still be granted at the discretion of Jonathan.


If you have changed your mind or cannot complete the Six Steps Mentor Program, you may cancel up to 14 days prior to the commencement date of the Six Steps Mentor Program for which you are enrolled and receive a full refund. At Jonathan’s discretion, you may be able to cancel for a full refund prior to the program start date – this usually depends on whether there is a waiting list for the course you are enrolled. If you are not eligible for a full refund, you may choose to transfer your payment to the next available Six Steps Mentor Program.
