Therapy and coaching are distinct services. If you live outside Ontario, any work together will be coaching, not therapy.
2. No Professional-Client Relationship by Website Use
Your use of this website or purchase of digital products does not create a therapist–client or coach–client relationship. A relationship is only established once both parties agree in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including text, videos, courses, and materials) is the intellectual property of Jonathan Van Viegen. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without prior written consent.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as StanStore or PayPal. Jonathan Van Viegen does not collect or store credit card information.
5. Limitation of Liability
